Each room price includes bills, done through Unihomes and includes Broadband, TV license, gas, water and electrics. All our properties are modern and come fully furnished, which are done to a very high standard, which can be seen in the photos.

As well as this, we offer a reduced rent of 50% over the summer for Student who are planning on not staying in our houses during summer.
