By clicking on the buttons below, you can browse through our three, four and five bedroom student houses available for the 2026/2027 academic year, which are available both for groups, as well as a rooms for individuals. Each room price includes bills, done through Unihomes and includes Broadband, TV license, gas, water and electrics. All our properties are modern and come fully furnished, which are done to a very high standard, which can be seen in the photos.

At Stoke Student Properties, we understand that life as a Student can be tough especially dealing with finances and so you will find that all of our Student Accommodations offer not only comfortable and a luxury feel, but also affordable. As well as this, we offer a reduced rent of 50% over the summer for Student who are planning on not staying in our houses during summer.
